VACUUM FORMING
Our deep draw vacuum forming equipment allows us to offer our clients customized signage and displays using materials such as acrylic, ABS, and styrene. We produce both single and double pan as well as fully dimensional faces. Our specially designed vacu-formers are capable of handling the largest of projects, up to 10 ft x 20 ft x 3 ft deep. We also do thermoforming and thermoset fabrication.
METAL MANUFACTURING
GGV offers custom metal fabrication specializing in aluminum and steel. Manufacturing lighted and un-lit signage for both exterior and interior applications, our team of metal specialists applies expert craftsmanship to whatever our clients envision.
Dimensional Scanning, Routing and Fabrication
With our dimensional scanning, routing and fabrication capabilities, the possibilities are endless. Our 3-D scanner laser technology allows us to take our clients ACAD and three-dimensional files or small models and turn them into bigger than life displays or miniature versions of the originals. We can transform Styrofoam, EPS, XPS, and HDU into virtually any shape using our four axis organic replicating router (FROG) and Hotwire equipment. We are able to perform relief and rotisserie applications and replicate a variety of face styles to meet the custom lettering needs of our clients.
